The abnormal drought prevents to achieve success of the past years, when up to five million tons was gathered. However, Marat Akhmetov the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan is sure that this will not impact the price of bread: one million ton is already in the granaries of the Republic, another million ton of grain will be gathered from fields this year, and a third million ton is promised from the Federal interventional fund.
